1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the abbeyroadscotland.com website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Abbey Road Event Band Scotland provides live music entertainment services for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other celebrations. Our services include but are not limited to full band performances, acoustic sets, DJ entertainment, and live request entertainment.

3. Booking and Reservation

Booking Process:

• All bookings must be made through our website booking form or by direct contact.
• A booking enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.
• Confirmed bookings require a signed agreement and deposit payment.
• The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, dates, times, and venue information.

4. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• The balance (the "Remaining Fee") is due 30 days prior to your event.
• Payments must be made in full before the event date.
• Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking.
• All prices quoted are in British Pounds (GBP).

5. Cancellation and Refunds

In the event of a cancellation by the Client, the following cancellation fee will be charged:

• 120+ days before the engagement date - 0%
• 91 to 120 days before the engagement date - 25% of the Remaining Fee.
• 61 to 90 days before the engagement date - 50% of the Remaining Fee.
• 31 to 60 days before the engagement date - 75% of the Remaining Fee.
• Within 30 days of the engagement date - 100% of the Remaining Fee.

Deposits are non-refundable.

6. Change of Date

A change of date of the Event will constitute a cancellation and clause 5 will apply, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

7. Verbal Agreements

All verbal agreements are confirmed by the electronic signing of a written contract. Failure to sign contracts does not constitute cancellation and all verbal agreements will remain in force.

8. Client Requirements and Performing Area

The Client is to provide a suitable performing area. Unless otherwise agreed, the hirer must provide an electrical supply meeting, or exceeding British standards. For any outdoor events suitable dry cover must be provided. If in the event the staging area is waterlogged or in any way unsafe to perform, the Band will not be held accountable and will not set up or perform. The full fee will still be due.

9. Artist Responsibilities

Abbey Road Event Band Scotland agrees to:

• Provide the agreed-upon entertainment package for the specified duration.
• Arrive at the venue at the contracted time.
• Perform to the best of our professional ability.
• Provide our own sound equipment and technical support (unless otherwise agreed).
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct throughout the event.

10. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide a safe and appropriate venue for the band to perform.
• Arrange for adequate power supply and load-in/load-out access.
• Ensure clear communication regarding event details and any changes.
• Provide appropriate parking and facilities for the band.
• Not record or broadcast the performance without explicit written consent.

11. Liability Limitation

Abbey Road Event Band Scotland is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service or booking. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

12. Force Majeure

Abbey Road Event Band Scotland is not responsible for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness of band members, accidents, natural disasters, or travel disruptions. In such cases, we will provide alternative dates or a full refund.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Abbey Road Event Band Scotland and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

14. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external websites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

15. Modifications to Terms

Abbey Road Event Band Scotland reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
